For the last fifteen years Ann Robinson has successfully implemented several change management programmes in the various organisations where she has held senior executive positions. Ann Robinson was until the end of 2003 executive chair of gas and electricity consumer watchdog, energywatch, which she launched in 2000 and masterminded its campaigning strategy. Her former positions include Director General of the British Retail Consortium (1997-1999), the lobbying organisation covering 90 per cent of the UK’s retail activities; and Chief Executive of SCOPE, where she managed the change from the Spastics Society with 3,800 staff and 250,000 volunteers working with 228 affiliated local charities. Previously she was Director of Policy and Planning and Deputy Chief Executive of the Social Security Benefits Agency with a staff of 2,000. She is a former Chairman of Victim Support London.
Ann is a Trustee of the Foundation for Credit Counselling and a Member of the General Medical Council. Ann Robinson mentors senior management, particularly in those organisations which are preparing for major organisational change.

Melanie joined the Rush Communication organisation in December 2005. Campaigns under her direction have included high profile initiatives for toy manufacturer LEGO; office IT company Gestetner; construction services group Ballast Plc; and the AirMiles Travel Company. In 2000, Melanie set up The Times & Gestetner Digital Office Collection, a search to find the UK's most cutting edge offices in terms of design, function and technology. The competition is now into its sixth year with a high profile awards ceremony held in London each year. She also helped launch the Lexmark European Art Prize in Paris, a competition to find Europe's most talented amateur painter.

Martin Jewell is one of London and South-East’s most experienced town planners. After gaining a BA (Hons) in Geography, Martin was awarded in 1968 a Diploma in Town Planning and in 1970 became a Member of Royal Town Planning Institute. He has worked for the planning departments of the London Borough of Lewisham, City of Westminster, London Borough of Croydon and the London Borough of Enfield. At Enfield he was head of policy until 1985, deputy Borough Planning Officer until 1987, and Borough Planning Officer until 1997 when he accepted the role as a director of Fairview New Homes. In 2003 he became a self-employed planning consultant.

Peter Rose has an outstanding track record in strategic communications at the highest level in public life. From 1994 until 2003 he was Head of Communications, HM Customs and Excise, providing strategic advice on and delivering external and internal communications for the Department and for Treasury Ministers, during a period of major organisational and cultural change. In 1999 he led a team conducting an external peer review and audit of communications in the Crown Prosecution Service, which led to major organisational and strategic changes. He was appointed Press Secretary in 1999 to Committee on Standards in Public Life (the Nolan Committee) which he positioned as the authoritative voice on public sector and drafted significant parts of the report.
Peter Rose has also previously been Director of Information and Press Secretary at the Cabinet Office, advising the Cabinet Secretary and the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster. In 1991 he served as Media Director, Group of Seven Economic Summit (Foreign Office) in charge of media arrangements for UK - hosted summit of world leaders, providing facilities for over 3,000 written and broadcast media. In the private sector, he has been a director of leading PR consultancy, Citigate Communications, where he was lead marketing adviser on the privatisation of the electricity industry in Scotland and also won the PR Week award for best political campaign of 1990 - a successful campaign for improved war widows’ pensions.In 1985 he became Head of News, Home Office, advising the Home Secretary on the presentation of Home Office policies and serving on interdepartmental committees on the media handling of civil emergencies and disasters. This followed a spell as Chief Press Officer, Health and Safety Executive.
Peter Rose is a member of the Training and Professional Development Committee of the Institute of Public Relations and of the Court of the City of London Guild of Public Relations Practitioners. He has been awarded the status of Accredited Practitioner by the IPR.

Martin Livermore advises senior management in the areas of communications, science strategy and policy and business development.
He works on a range of issues, including biotechnology (mainly agricultural and industrial), crop protection, energy and climate change policy, risk management and perception and science communication in general. He is also director of the Scientific Alliance, an organisation which promotes constructive debate on environmental issues.
Current and recent clients include major international agricultural supply companies, EuropaBio, the European Crop Protection Association, CropLife International, the Food and Drink Federation and the Copenhagen Consensus Institute. He is also working in business development for Norfolk Plant Sciences Ltd, a recent spinout from the John Innes Centre and Sainsbury Laboratory.
In addition, Martin is a commentator on topical issues, mainly in the environmental area. As such, he is a regular contributor of articles to print and on-line media, and has significant broadcast experience. He has worked with several think tanks, most particularly the Centre for Policy Studies and the International Policy Network.
He is a chemist by training, with many years of experience in R&D and external affairs management in blue-chip companies in the food and agriculture sectors.
